Community Work Services
ur Community Work Services Program creates a case-by-case plan to provide various levels of training, assistance and support that is necessary for individuals to obtain and maintain paid, competitive work in an integrated community setting. Designed for persons with disabilities, these services allow those who have not OR would not be able to find traditional employment. Through the use of Employment Consultants (Job Coaches), we provide hands-on training and employer communication throughout the time of employment.

Admissions Criteria
• Have Referral from Vocational Rehabilitation Services
• Transitioned from School Setting
• Be a Resident of Vigo, Clay, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion or Sullivan Counties
• Have a Disability or Injury that Prohibits Traditional Employment Options
• Meet Target Population Criteria of Individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities
