Timeline

1966 |

Founded in 1966, The Arc of The Wabash Valley (Formerly Known as The Arc of Vigo County) emerged from a dedicated coalition of parents, educators, business leaders, and community members. Their vision was clear: establish local programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to stay within their families and community rather than being relocated to distant institutional settings.
